Jude Bellingham's Signature Predators

For thirty years, the Predator has belonged to its players. Beckham bent free kicks in it. Zidane won a World Cup in it. Gerrard wore it, almost always in black, for the best part of two decades.

But the boot always belonged to adidas. The name on the tongue said Predator — not the man wearing it.

Jude Bellingham changed that. Since October 2024 he has had four signature Predators in sixteen months, each one carrying his JB logo on the famous fold-over tongue. Together they tell the story of a player adidas is building the modern Predator around.

Why Bellingham?

He has worn the Predator since 2022, when he moved into the Predator Edge at Borussia Dortmund. He wore it at his first World Cup at 19. He wore it through a debut season at Real Madrid that ended with a league title and a Champions League.

And he wears the No. 5 at the Bernabéu — the number Zinedine Zidane wore there, in Predators, two decades earlier. adidas could hardly have written it better.

1. BelliGold — October 2024

The first signature Predator was built to celebrate what he had already won.

The BelliGold took the Predator 24 and dressed it in black and gold. Gold ran across the Three Stripes and the toe, onto the adidas and JB logos on the fold-over tongue, and down onto the CONTROLFRAME soleplate. The gold was a reference to his trophy cabinet from that first Madrid season: La Liga, the Champions League and the league’s Player of the Season award.

He wore them for the first time against Celta Vigo, and they went on sale on 18 October 2024, alongside a matching Bellingham Gazelle. At launch, Bellingham said that as a boy he could never have imagined having a Predator of his own.

2. Chrome Dream — April 2025

Six months later came chapter two, on the new Predator 25.

Where BelliGold was loud, Chrome Dream was cool. A metallic silver upper, with burgundy on the fold-over tongue and across the Strikeskin rubber fins. The Three Stripes sat in white on the left tongue; the JB logo on the right. The silver was a deliberate nod to his hunt for silverware.

He was first spotted in them in Real Madrid training ahead of the Champions League quarter-final second leg against Arsenal, and they went on sale shortly afterwards.

3. Glory Blue — October 2025

The third signature went home.

Bellingham joined Birmingham City’s academy at under-8s level and made his first-team debut at 16. When he left for Dortmund in 2020, the club retired his No. 22 shirt. The Glory Blue Predator is his tribute to them.

The upper is black, but the usual Predator red is gone. In its place, icy Birmingham blue runs across the Strikeskin, the fold-over tongue and the gradient Three Stripes. His JB logo appears on the heel, the soleplate and the right tongue.

The best detail is the smallest. The rubber band on the tongue is stamped B9 4RL — the postcode of St Andrew’s, Birmingham City’s home ground.

He debuted them against Getafe on 19 October 2025. The drop came with an adidas Originals capsule and a Bellingham Superstar in matching blues, and the boot itself was released across more versions than any of his signatures before it, from Elite down to kids’ sizes.

4. Icon Takeover — February 2026

The fourth signature was the first on the next-generation Predator 26, and the first built for a World Cup year.

The Icon Takeover is England through and through: a white base, silver Three Stripes, red and blue detailing, a blue fold-over tongue and his JB logo on the heel in blue and red. adidas built the campaign around a simple line — Red, White and Jude.

It launched on 3 February 2026 alongside Trinity Rodman’s signature F50, as part of a wider adidas signature launch that also took in Patrick Mahomes and Anthony Edwards. Of his four signatures, it is the quietest. Perhaps that is the point: this is the boot of a player who no longer needs to announce himself.

What the Four Boots Say

Read them in order and there is a clear story.

  • BelliGold is about what he had won.
  • Chrome Dream is about what he still wants to win.
  • Glory Blue is about where he came from.
  • Icon Takeover is about who he plays for.

And every one of them keeps the fold-over tongue — the detail that links Bellingham’s boots straight back to the Predators of the 1990s.

Can You Buy Bellingham’s Boots?

Yes. Each signature has been released to the public, usually in Elite, Pro and League versions and in kids’ sizes. The technology is the same as the standard Predator of that generation — what you are paying for is the design and the story.

Once a signature is gone from the shops, the resale market is the only route — and first editions like BelliGold are the ones collectors will be chasing in years to come.
